Rated 1 out of 5 by from NEW FORMULA IS HORRIBLE The ORIGINAL Johnson’s Baby Lotion was all I used since being a baby. It was literally the best lotion period. This NEW FORMULA, however, IS HORRIBLE. It leaves a sticky residue, does not hydrate and leaves skin feeling gross. PLEASE BRIGN ORIGINAL FORMULA BACK!!!!!!

If I could give this product 0 stars I would have, the original formula was unbeatable, myself and many many others can agree that it would be in this company’s best interest to bring back the original formula with the original scent. PLEASE consider switching back, I can speak for myself and many other customers that making the switch back would bring back much more sales.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The New Formula in 2023 is DISGUSTING. I HATE the smell of the 2023 formula. I want the 2018 formula smell. The barcode of the Baby Lotion that I WANT is 3 8137-117561. Please BRING BACK the 2018 formula! The 2018 formula has the best smell!

I am 26 years old and have used johnsons baby lotion for myself and now for my own kids but now we will be finding a new lotion unless the old formula is returned. Very bad choice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy with new formula I’ve been using Johnson & Johnson’s baby lotion for close to 30 years and will, unfortunately, be saying goodbye thanks to the new formula. The new formula takes too long to absorb into the skin and feels sticky. I actually liked when they re-did the formula a few years ago, but this one is a no for me.

I recently purchased your "new formula " and it is AWFUL! It does not Pentwater into the skin. I compared it to the last bottle I purchased and it is not the same. You all need to change it back. I will NEVER purchase this again unless it is charged to the old formula! I really want my money back. It's too thick and doesn't even smell the same. I'm not sure if you all are trying to cut costs or what. BUT CHANGE IT BACK!! If I could give this new formula zero stars I would

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the new formula I have been using this lotion since the early 2000’s and is my main moisturizer not only for me but my whole family my eldest is 23 and youngest is 6. I absolutely loved the old formula it worked well with my skin because it was light weight and not heavy I hate the feeling of heavy lotion on my body and when I bought a new bottle I thought I purchased the wrong one and then I found out that nope it’s a new formula so now when I go to any store I am hoping there’s still more of the old formula left on the shelf until I have to be forced to buy the new product. Please please give the option to buy the other lotion with the old formula please!

Got down to where it wouldn't pum p any more and turned it upside down like I've done for years, tried taking the lid off and if WON'T come off. So you can't get to all the lotion that is left in there. First the bottles aren't even full when you buy it and then you can't even use what's in there. Who ever thought this new HORRID lid should be fired! Until this is fixed I will no longer be buying J&J baby lotion!! With this lid I would never recommend this to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The New Formula is DISGUSTING! I have been using J&J Baby Lotion for over 30 years....first on my children, and then as my own overall moisturizer. I wasn't happy when J&J changed the color and the fragrance several years ago (I think it was 2020), but the lotion worked so well, I got over it. I recently bought more and discovered that the new formula is greasy, doesn't absorb well, and has little, if any, fragrance. I know this product is intended for babies, but guess what, J&J...moms like to use it on themselves! I suggest you bring back the old formula....two formulas ago, before you changed the pink color and fragrance... and market it to adults. In the meantime, you've lost a long-time customer. I will not buy that disgusting new formula again.

I recently ran out so I and t to purchase some more but I was deeply upset when i saw the new formula picture. I hate it now. It doesn’t rub in as well and it also leaves a white layer on top of your skin. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMULA!!!

We are a scent free office but this is Soo light that it goes unnoticed It’s non greasy so once applied to hands and arms it gets absorbed and no greasy residue on things at my desk

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smell a good feels smooth. I like the new formula smells good and the smooth texture stays as older one felt more dry. I love it. We don't have babies. We got it for tender adult skin and we do t care if we smell new born our skin feels new born. I rarely give 5 stars so 4 is considered great for me. I also got shampoo so this goes into the review it's good but doesn't lather up as good as I like so for both shampoo and lotion it's a solid 4.

For many years I’ve said when I’m a 90 year old woman without wrinkles I’ll be the J&J spokesperson. Now I’m going to have to find a new moisturizer. I hate hate hate the changes you made in my lotion. So so sad!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from sometimes it doesn't absorb I have been a literal lifelong baby lotion user. People associates it's smell with me. I was pleasantly surprised when they switched to the more natural version, but the last 6 bottles I've purchased, and 2 randomly last year do not absorb into my skin. It leaves a white layer on the top of my skin (it will eventually absorb if you rub and rub and rub), but I have started just wiping it off. I had been hopeful I just got some 'bad batches' but it has consistently been this way.

I especially used the baby lotion because it smelled like a new baby should... I was also pretty amazed how they made the baby shampoo tearless it's brilliant... I still use the baby lotion until this day and I love it!!!

My kids are grown and I still buy it monthly for myself… I use it every single day, it’s the only lotion I use. Then last week I needed More and seen you guys changed the formula. Im 100% disappointed. It doesn’t smell as good and it doesn’t apply as good anymore. Idk why if something isn’t broke, people insist on fixing it. Why change a good thing. Please go back to the old formula, it was perfect. Sincerely, a loyal customer who misses the old lotion
