A lot More Tears!

I really appreciate your concern about removing harmful chemicals from your product and I am a fan the products with more natural and less harmful ingredients. However, since you've changed the formula, your classic shampoo is not tear free anymore. Every time We use it, it burns the baby's eyes and he screams. He had no problem with the previous bottle which was the old formula. I had no choice but give it up and switch to another brand (Burt's bees). The problem is the other brand is not budget friendly. I hope you fix the issue (without bringing back the harmful chemicals) and parents like me we can use Johnson's again.

not as good as the previous version

I've been using Johnson Baby Shampoo most of my lifetime (I'm 73 now and can't recall the last time I used anything else..,no jokes...I do have a good memory). The most recent version of this product appears to have come out mid-2018 because I still have a bottle of the previous one also purchased this year. The replacement is too watery and will require more of the product to be used during each hair washing. I will probably keep using it because I prefer a gentle shampoo but I'd prefer the option of buying the previous version as well since it is more effective and can be used more sparingly. Also, I do not like the new plunger style top at all. At least go back to the old style cap.

Something is not right with this bottle that I bought from Dollarama. It smells like chemicals and urine. There is also foreign languages on the back and a sticker with the English translation. I'm going to throw it away since I cant risk my baby's sensitive skin.

I have to agree with a lot of the more recent reviews unfortunately. Since the design of the bottle changed, the actual product seems to have changed as well. My child has eczema and your shampoo used to be both gentle on her skin and on our budget. But since we started using our new bottle, her skin on her scalp and neck is flarring up. This never usually happens and it is the only thing that is "new". Have the ingredients changed? Anything different?

I have a very sensitive skin, so I've been using baby products even though I am an adult now. I tried this shampoo and after a week of using i have an irritation on my forehead, scalp, and on my right cheeks. I am planning to go to a dermatologist to see what happened to my skin because it feels like its burning. My husband uses it too and he has a little scars on his scalp too. I think there is something wrong with this shampoo. I bought it at Real Canadian Superstore

Sensitive skin reacted strong after 3 days of use and had to discontinue. Wish I could use the pre-2018 version

I am 60 and have very, very sensitive skin. As I used the J&J products when I was a kid, and for my own children, I was using the J&J baby shampoo to avoid skin reactions. I had great success for the last couple of years with no reactions. But I used the new formula (2018) and noticed a burning sensation issue after the first use. Since I did not know it was the cause, I used the new formula for two more days, before realizing the new baby shampoo was the problem. I discontinued using it then, but it took a week for the skin on my face to recover from the reaction, including red irritated skin and peeling. I cannot imagine using this new formula on a baby...
