Resource Index / Education is a gift that will last a lifetime!

Have you ever wondered what your child’s future has in store?
Not to worry -- you’re not alone. We all want what is best for our little ones and would like to find ways to help them succeed.

Whether it is their first steps, their first words or…
their first day at school.

The importance our children play in our lives is beyond description. As parents, we look out for their safety and well-being at all times. The same is true when we think of their education - we want the best daycares, elementary schools, colleges, and universities. Ones that provide a safe and enriching environment.

Parents across Canada can now start saving comfortably, affordably and conveniently with Registered Education Savings Plans (RESPs). RESPs can offer parents an opportunity to tap into free government grants available from the Federal Government through the Canada Education Savings Grant (CESG) Program, as well as many other education savings incentives. The benefits are worth exploring. Your child will thank you later.

Remember…it is never too early to start planning ahead. Don’t forget the saying, “Hindsight is 20/20”. Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) estimated that over the next 18 years, the cost of a university or college education, away from home, could be as high as $115,000.

If you knew that 18-years from now all you would have had to do was save an affordable amount each month while your child was growing up to help provide them with the funds needed to pursue post-secondary education with minimal or no debt - it might be worth exploring today!
